This quick and easy recipe with Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms is sure to satisfy your dinner cravings.

Step 1

Heat up a pan with olive oil and sauté your veggies and mushrooms until they become soft and golden brown.

Step 2

While your mushrooms and veggies are frying, cook your pasta according to the package instructions.

Step 3

Add the cream to your veggies and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and add in a bit of pasta water. Now add your tortellini and your good to go!



  1. 500g mushroom Tortellini
  2. 4-5 Oyster mushrooms
  3. 4-5 Shiitake mushrooms
  4. 1/2 white onion
  5. 1/2 zucchini
  6. 1 clove of garlic
  7. 500g cream of your choice (vegan, coconut, regular)
  8. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. (Vegan) Parmesan (optional)
  11. Fresh herbs (optional)
